Photograph and Video Conditions of Use:

 

All photographs and videos are expressly owned by the originating submitters or by the club.   Photographs and videos submitted to the website galleries or used in any other part of the content have been provided with the express permission of either the parties in the photographs or videos, or with the express permission of their relevant parents, guardians or other responsible adult.  At no time should photographs and videos which appear on this website be utilised for any purpose other than as presented by the originators, i.e. no use for advertising, any other commercial use or inclusion in other websites is granted by the club.  Such activities can only be decided upon by the originators and should be addressed appropriately.

 

 

Photograph and Video Conditions of Submission:

 

In accordance with established policies in the School, Best Practice and UK Law regarding the photographing and videoing of minors, any photograph or video submitted for inclusion in the website must have the express permission of either the parties in the materials or their appropriate parents, guardian or other responsible adult.  The club takes the security and well being our our players seriously and our duty of care is exervised professionally at all times.   Please ensure that you have obtained the right to submit the photograph or video before doing so.  Any photographs or videos created members of the club management or coaching team will also be verified with the parties in the materials and the respective parents, guardians or other responsible adult as appropriate.  The provision of photographs and videos is in response to requests from parents and guardians, and the club had provided these facilities on a trial basis.  Any abuse of mis-use of these services will result in the materials being removed and the service being ceased.  All photographs and videos are vetted before inclusion.  If you wish to have a photograph or video removed, please contact the club as your earliest convenience and we will remove the item concerned.
